DAVID LEE ROTH SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

(Los Angeles) With a story circulating about David Lee Roth being helped by the local police in Brantford, Canada because of anaphylactic shock due to a peanut allergy, Mr. Roth issued the following statement to set the record straight.

"I was in Canada only from July first through the fourth for a performance at the Quebec City Summer Festival.  I had no encounters or incidents with the police. The only thing I'm allergic to is criticism."  -- Love, Dave
