"I don't really regret a single thing with this band; it all happened for one reason or another and led me here. I am healthy, I am strong, and I love the new record. Shit like that don't last so I'm going with it."

 

That's Strung Out frontman Jason Cruz, talking exclusively to Blurt's John Moore, in the latest punk-rockin' installment of his "I Don't Wanna Grow Up" blog. You can read the whole thing here, in which the Simi Valley musician reflects on 20 years of creating politically-tinged, hardcore-tilting melodic punk rock and on his band's new album Agents of the Underground.
