Trent Reznor Bitch-Slaps Marilyn Manson

Okay, we lied. That nine-star review we ran of The High End of Low last week is NOT the only time you'll ever see the words "Marilyn Manson" appear in BLURT. Saucy news o' the day arrives courtesy Spinner.com in which we learn that Nine Inch Nails mainman Trent Reznor has been turning Manson's smile upside down by calling him "a dopey clown."

 

Apparently the two had a falling out awhile back, but for no real good reason other than to make headlines - or perhaps Spinner making a headline out of it - Reznor is just now griping about Manson.

 

Reznor is quoted as saying, "He is a malicious guy and will step on anybody's face to succeed and cross any line of decency. Seeing him now, drugs and alcohol now rule his life and he's become a dopey clown."
